On Saturday during the Fallfest Sept 21, 2019 we will hold the mandated State Meeting. Topics to be discussed are Election of a new State Treasurer, The voting for the theme for the 2020 Samboree, Discussion on New Yorks future events and how to renew interest. The budget for 2020, and other topics you want to discuss. If you are planning on attending just the meeting please let me know. Again a reminder Director election will be held in 2020 and the process and someone coming forward needs to be thought about as 2021 will be New Yorks 50th anniversary. Hoping to see you there.
